4th of July

The 4th of July weekend holiday weekend is upon us. We at PugetPets are generally very busy with a lot of pet sitting or overnights for dogs and visits for cats, for clients who have gone out of town. This leaves many animals ‘Home Alone’ during the festivities, and we do our best to make them feel safe and comfortable. As dog walkers for our clients, we know how they will react to many things in their environment: people, other dogs, cars, squirrels, children, loud noises. Our dog walking staff can help alleviate some of the fear while we are caring for the dogs and cats scheduled over the 4th of July.

There will always be some people in your surrounding area who are going to shoot off fireworks. If you will be home for the evening, or if you will be out, here are some tips on keeping your pets safe and (mostly) stress free over the 4th, from Seattle Dog Spot

Have a safe and happy 4th of July, and remember to care for your pets over the holiday!
